STEPHENS, Clifford M. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Clifford M. Stephens of Attica, age 68, died Monday night, June 28, in Lakeview Hospital at Danville, Illinois, He was born in Attica, January 19, 1914, the son of Rollin and Eva Fisher Stephens. August 29, 1932, he married Helen Mounts, who survives. A former Attica Fire Chief and former plant supervisor at Dri-All Company in Attica, he had served on the volunteer fire department for 25 years.

  Also surviving are two sons, Lawrence and Clifford Jr., both of Kokomo; a sister, Vivian Simpson of Attica; and six grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held this afternoon (Thursday) at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with Rev. James Bodouris officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery at Attica.
