Louisa Thornton Stallard, widow of the Reverend Jacob M. Stallard, died on Friday at the home of her daughter, Anna Belle Claypool, in Pine Village. She was 96 years old. She was united in marriage to Jacob M.
Stallard in 1851. The Reverend Stallard served a number of circuit and stations in the Indiana conference of the M.E. Church. He was stationed at Lafayette in 1843 and again in 1854.
