West Point—Frances Lovena Rader Stalnaker, 68, Route 1, West Point, died at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, 1989, in St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, Lafayette, where she had been a patient since Dec. 27.
  She was born June 10, 1920 in Veedersburg. She had resided at West Point since 1940, moving there from Williamsport.
  She was married Feb. 24, 1940 in Sterling to Cleo L. Stalnaker, who preceded her in death June 3, 1980. He was a retired employee of Ralston Purina Co.
  She was a graduate of Attica High School and was a nurses’ aide at American Healthcare Center for a number of years.
  She was a member of the West Point Baptist Church.
  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Kay) Price and Rebecca Stalnaker, both of West Point; two grandchildren; a great granddaughter; a niece; two nephews, including Bob Holder, Williamsport, and an aunt and uncle. She was also preceded in death by a sister.
  Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. today (Friday) in Hippensteel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ernest L. Laughner officiating. Burial will be in Farmers Institute Cemetery.
