Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Lucinda Stafford, of Attica. She was a sister of William, Sanford, and Jonathan Nutt, of this city.

Mr (sic) Lucinda Stafford, relict of Wm. N. Stafford, departed this life at her late residence just south of this city at 10 o’clock am on Monday 20th instant after a long and painful illness, which she endured with unusual patience and Christian resignation. At the time of her death she was in the 60th year of her age. The funeral took place from the late residence at 10 o’clock a.m. yesterday, conducted by Rev. WP McKinsey – Attica Ledger
