SPENCE, Edna - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Edna Spence, 83, RR 2, Covington, died at 12:20 a.m. Sunday, December 25, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Illinois.

  She married William Thomas Spence, who preceded her in death. A former teacher in the Mansfield, Illinois area, she also had lived in Kingman, Rockville and Rileysburg. She was a member of Rockville Christian Church.

  Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Avery Haxton of RR 2, Covington; and a granddaughter.

  Services were conducted Wednesday at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with burial at Mansfield, Illinois. - s
