Crawfordsville—Donald Lee Spear, 51, 1619 B Country Club Road, Crawfordsville, died at noon Saturday, Jan. 28, 1989 in his home.
He was born Dec. 10, 1937 in Attica. He was married July 16, 1987 in Crawfordsville to Martha Kinslow Cox, who survives.
He graduated from Attica High School and was a project foreman with R.R. Donnelley and Sons, Crawfordsville.
He was a member of Elks Lodge 483, Crawfordsville.
Surviving besides his wife are three sons, Kim, Indianapolis, and Marc and Michael, both of Crawfordsville; two daughters, Symone Spear, Ladoga, and Alyssa Spear, Crawfordsville; a stepson, Earl Cox, Muncie; one stepdaughter, Beth Cox, Muncie; a brother, Douglas, Mt. Carmel, Ill.; one sister, Linda Schuman, Englewood, Colo., and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today (Tuesday) at Hunt and Son Funeral Home, Crawfordsville, with the Revs. Ann Smith and Tom Wyatt officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Attica. – thanks to s
