Edgar M. Sowers, 78 o f Brook, Ind, a retired farmer and n a native of Parke County, died last Saturday in St. Elizabeth's hospital in Lafayette. He married Ruey Squire of Kingman in 1899 and they lived in Williamsport for several years before moving to Brook. Surviving a re the widow, 3 daughters, a son and one brother.T he funeral was held Monday in Brook with burial in Mt. Zion Cem, near Kentland. – kbz
