Services for Bert H. Sowers, 88, 709 South Gerrard Drive will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Royster-Askin-Sandrock Mortuary with burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. He died Sunday in a Noblesville nursing home. A native of Kingman, Ind, he was an Indianapolis resident for 54 years. He worked for 10 years at the Belmont Garage retiring in 1958. He was a member of the 7th & 8th United Christian Church. Survivors include a son, A. Eston Sowers of Indianapolis.
