Miss Carol Ann Thomas, 11, niece of Rosemary was also injured by the bold and the flying tree fragments as the two girls were in the yard at the time of the flash. Mrs. Snyder was formerly Miss Rosemary Thomas, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Thomas of Veedersburg and most of her life was spent in this community. She was married about two years ago and moved to Attica as the bride of Albert Snyder. Surviving are the husband, the parents: two sisters, Mrs. Albert Ansberry of Veedersburg and Mrs. Myrtle Conners of Waynetown and three brothers: Paul and Frank of Veedersburg and Ora at Attica. The body was returned to Veedersburg by the Fishero Funeral Home and then to the family residence of the parents, Harry and Artie Royce Thomas.
