Donald R. Snyder of Attica, age 75, died Monday morning, August 8, in Americana Healthcare Center at Danville, Illinois. He was born at Hoopeston, Illinois, December 12, 1907, the son of David and Myrtle Lane Snyder. May 2, 1942, he married Margaret Conder Lehman, who survives
Snyder attended the Free Methodist Church in Attica and had worked as a truck driver for National Homes of Lafayette.
Also surviving are four daughters, Donna Haas of Elkhart, Annette Sisk of Leonard, Texas, Patricia Westfall and Susan Spiker, both of Attica; 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held this morning (Thursday) at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with Rev. James Rea officiating. Burial was in Floral Hill Cemetery at Hoopeston. -s
