STOCKWELL — Bernard Francis Snouwaert, 58, a farmer of near Clarks Hill, died Thursday at 10 a. m. at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette, where he had been a patient only one day. He suffered a cerebral hemorrhage. He was born near Attica Oct. 16, 1898, the son of Edward and Luella Snouwaert. On Dec. 28, 1921, he married Franes Welsh in Lafayette. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Mary Dickerson of Clarks Hill, Mrs. Ann Smith of Chesterton and Josephine Snouwaert at home; two sons, Edward Snouwaert of Rt. 7, Lafayette and Lt. John Snouwaert of Travis Air Force Base, Calif.; three brothers, Wayne Snouwaert of Romney, Frank Snouwaert of Linden and Howard Snouwaert of Wingate; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Albrights of near Romney and Mrs. Adrian Van Tress of Lafayette; and seven grandchildren. Rosary service will be at the Dickerson Funeral Home in Stockwell Friday at 7 p. m., with funeral rites Saturday at 10:30 a. m. at St. Mary's Cathedral in Lafayette. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p. m. Friday.   --typed by Walt W
