STULL, Anna L. Ross

Anna L. Ross Stull was born near Alamo, in Montgomery County, Indiana Oct 29, 1873, and grew to young womanhood in the vicinity of her birth.  On October 5th 1892 she was united in marriage to John W. Stull. To them two sons were born: Arlie who died Nov 24, 1913 and Eston C. of Indianapolis. She confessed her faith in Christ as a young mother and was a member of the Centennial United Brethren Church many years. They
lived on a farm near Yeddo, 27 years. But when the work became too arduous for their advancing age, they came to Sterling, about six years ago.  Mrs. Stull was afflicted several months, but she bore her sufferings with fortitude. She was always recognized as a loving mother, a devoted wife and good neighbor.  Surviving are the husband, the son Eston, a grandson, John E. stull of near Covington, a granddaughter, Anna Mae Finney of Rensselaer and also two great granddaughter, Charlotte Finney and Glenna Sue Stull.  Funeral services were held at the Sterling Congregational Christian Church on Monday afternoon, June 28th with burial in the Masonic Cemetery near Waynetown. The Rev. Leslie Smith, assisted by Rev. RE Emmert officiated.
