Veedersburg, Jan 15 - Marshal F. Nixon, a business man of
this city for over 50 years died at his home on Main Street Sunday
morning, January 14 after a brief illness of 10 days. He was born in Racine, Wis
in
September 1848 and has lied in and near Veedersburg for over
60 years, having lived at Attica before coming here.
He leaves to mourn his death his widow and one daughter,
Mrs. Louise Lampsen of New York City; one son, Clarence, Chicago, Ill, a
brother, Fred of Wheaton, Ill and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 10:30 at the UB
Church. Burial at Rockfield Cemetery.
