VEEDERSBURG -- William F. Nicklas, 70, farmer in the Veedersburg vicinity for the past 20 years, died at his farm home south of Veedersburg Wednesday night. Death followed an illness of several months. Mr. Nicklas, the son of Christopher and Emma Shoupe Nicklas, was born in Danville, Ill., Oct. 27, 1885. He was married June 1, 1910, to China Kilby of Veedersburg. Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Ponder and a son, Lewis Nicklas, of Veedersburg; five grandchildren; three brothers, Otto Nicklas of Covington and Edwin Nicklas and Rob-…..(sorry, the rest is missing) --typed by Walt W
