NEHRIG, William - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

William Nehrig, a brother of Herman and Emil Nehrig of Williamsport died Sunday evening at 8:35 o’clock at Home Hospital in Lafayette. Death was caused from blood poisoning which resulted from injury he sustained 25 years ago. Mr. Nehrig sustained an injury to his right hip 25 years ago. An abcess formed and he had been a cripple as a result ever since.  About a year ago the injury began to cause him trouble again and he had been in the hospital since Feb 11, 1922. He was 43 years old. The funeral was conducted yesterday at 2:30 p.m. and burial was made in the Springdale cemetery, Lafayette.
