Covington, Ind Nov 14  - Mrs. Mary Nebeker, 73 years old, widow of former US Treasurer EH Nebeker, died at her home here Wednesday after a brief illness. She was a native of this county and is survived by one son, Sewell of Indianapolis and one daughter, Mrs. Grace Torris of New York City.  Mrs. Nebeker was well known to a number of Marion people, having lived here during the time her husband was engaged in business with Major George W. Covington, Ind Nov 13 – Mary Elizabeth Nebeker, widow of EH Nebeker is dead at her in t his city of heart disease.  Her husband was a treasurer of the US under Benjamin Harrison as President and was prominent in politics in Indiana.  Mrs. Nebeker was the daughter of William Sewell and was born in Covington in 1844.  She is survived by two children, a daughter, Mrs. Grace Torres of New York and Sewell Nebeker of Indianapolis.
