NEAL, Laverne Yater - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Attica – LaVerne Marie Neal, 69, a former resident of Attica died at 8 a.m. Friday in St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center in Lafayette. She had been in failing health since August. She lived at 301 S. 28th St, Lafayette. Mrs. Neal was a homemaker. Born on March 19, 1922 at Rt 2, Attica, she lived there most of her life and was a 1940 graduate of Attica HS.  She moved to Lafayette in 1982. She married Paul E Neal on May 25, 1940 in Lafayette and he survives. Mrs. Nea formerly attended the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Riverside. Also surviving are two sons, Roger Neal of Arlington Heights, Ill and Jerry Neal of Muncie and two brothers, Wesley Boyd Yater of Attica and James Yater of Zionsville.

Neal, LaVerne M. – Funeral Notice – Friends may call at Maus Funeral Home, Attica, 5-9 p.m. today. Service in Maus Chapel, 2 p.m. Sunday the Rev. George Weister officiating. Interrment Riverside Cemetery, Attica. A granddaughter, Mrs. Trasie Marie Cammiso; 2 great grandchildren, Louis Cammiso and Kelley Marie Cammiso survive.  Her parents preceded in death. Memorials may be made in her memory to American Cancer Society.  Kbz
