KINGMAN - Forrest "Casey" McMahan, 55, former Fountain County resident, died at 1 a.m. Monday in St. Petersburg Hospital at St. Petersburg, Fla. He had been a patient there several weeks. Mr. McMahan had been a resident of Florida about 10 years. He was born Oct. 2, 1912, at Lodi, Ind. Surviving are the wife, Vivian Osborn McMahan; his mother, Grace of Lodi; a daughter, Lynnie Robertson of Danville, Ill.; two brothers, Marvin R. of Rt. 2, Kingman and Roy E. of Potomac, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Lorene Lyday of Wilmington, Ill., and two grandchildren. Funeral services are pending at the Woodrow Funeral Home here. - jlr

KINGMAN - Funeral services for former Fountain County resident Forrest "Casey" McMahan, who died Monday in St. Petersburg, Fla., will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Woodrow Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery here. Rev. O. J. Thomas of Danville, Ill., will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Surviving relatives of Mr. McMahan not listed previously include three step-brothers. They are Ora Livengood of Frankfort, Orin Livengood of Lafayette, and Winifred "Dutch" Livengood of Tangier. - jlr

KINGMAN - Forrest (Casey) McMahan, age 55, a former resident of this community and the Covington community, died at 1 a.m. Monday, May 13, at a hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla. He had been a patient there several weeks and had resided in Florida for the past 10 years. Mr. McMahan was born Oct. 22, 1912 in Lodi, the son of Roy E. and Grace Ritter McMahan. He was married in 1935 to Elva Virginia Osborn, who survives. While residing in Covington he operated the Standard Service Station, formerly located at the corner of Third and Washington Sts. Surviving, in addition to the wife, are one daughter, Mrs. Lynnie Robertson of Danville; his mother, Mrs. Grace McMahan of Lodi; two brothers, Marvin of Kingman Rt. 2, and Roy of Potomac; one sister, Mrs. Lorene Lyday of Wilmington; and two grandchildren. The body is being returned to the Woodrow Funeral Home here where arrangements are incomplete. - jlr

KINGMAN - Funeral services for Forrest (Casey) McMahan, age 55, a former area resident, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman. The Rev. J. O. Thomas of Danville, Ill., officiated.
Burial was in Miller Cemetery near Lodi. Mr. McMahan died Monday, May 13, in a St. Petersburg, Fla., a hospital where he had been a patient several weeks. He had lived in Florida the past 10 years.
