Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Mrs. Margaret McHone, age 88, Pearl St., died at 11 a. m. Sunday, Sept. 25 at the Appleton Memorial Hospital in Appleton, Wis., where she had been residing since January. Mrs. McHone was a housekeeper here for Mack Sullivan for many years. Born Oct. 14, 1871, in Indiana, she was the daughter of James and Clara Craft Haynes. She was married to Edgar McHone, who preceded her in death many years ago. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Baehler of Milwaukee, Wis., and Mrs. Florence Gross of Appleton, Wis.; a son, Charles McHone of Alpine, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Clara Goodson of Milwaukee, Wis.; a brother, A. E. Haynes of Hartford, Mich.; a step-sister, Mrs. LaVeda Goodson of Veedersburg; a half brother, Cecil Cox of Veedersburg; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock (cst) this afternoon, Sept. 28 at the Hegg Funeral Home. The Rev. Glenn Ray officiated and burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.  --typed by Walt W
