ATTICA — Jennifer Suzanne
McDougal, 36, Attica, died in Home Hospital, Lafayette, on Tuesday, November
20, 2007, at 9:35 p.m. following an illness of cancer for the past two years.
Jennifer was born in Lafayette on November 14, 1971. She was a life resident of
Attica, graduating from Attica High School in 1990. She had been working for
Short Stop Restaurant in Attica from 1990 until her illness in 2005. She
enjoyed reading and working puzzles. Surviving are her parents, Wesley G. and
Carol Y. Powers McDougal, Attica; a daughter, Caitlin McDougal and a son, Caleb
McDougal, both of Attica; a sister, Stacey (Lee) Bryant, Prattville, Ala.; a
brother, Michael (Rebecca) McDougal, Newark, Texas; a nephew, Ben Bryant and a niece,
Ashton Banta. Visitation was on Sunday, November 25 with service following.
Pastor David Adams officiating. Burial in Riverside Cemetery, Attica. Memorial
