Miss Mary Catherine McDonnell, 87, died Sunday in St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville. She was born 1871 in New York, daughter of Patrick and Mary Collins McDonnell. Surviving is a niece, Mrs. Louise Gott of Covington with whom she hade her home. Miss McDonnell was a member of St. Josephine’s Catholic Church in Covington and of the Altar Society of the Church. Services were held Tuesday with Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in charge. – kbz
