Veedersburg, Ind.—Jerrold R. McCutchan Jr., 2, of 504 State, died at 11:45 a.m. EST Tuesday (Dec. 3, 1974) at his home. He had been ill since he was a 6-month-old with a brain tumor and had undergone brain surgery in August of 1973.
Born April 4, 1972, in Crawfordsville, he was the son of Jerrold and June Heiny McCutchan Sr. They survive.
Other survivors include a sister, Tonya Jo at home; two step sisters, Susan Carol and Tamara Leann Weist, both at home; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James McCutchan of Veedersburg and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Hunt of Buffalo.
Services were at 2 p.m. EST Thursday at the Fishero-Dickerson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ken Stith, officiating. Burial was in Kingman Fraternal Cemetery.
The family has requested that memorials be in the form of contributions to the Fountain County Cancer Fund in the name of Jerrold R. McCutchan Jr.
