McCOY, Ted - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Crawfordsville – Ted McCoy, 74, a native of Fountain County and two-term mayor of Brazil, Ind died at 4 p.m. Friday in his residence at Brazil.  He was educated in Mellott HS and lived at Crawfordsville 35 years before moving to Brazil.  In 1925 he was married to Olive Quick, who survives.  Also surviving are two sons, Wayne McCoy of Eaton, PA and Larry McCoy of Brazil; two daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Bell of Brazil and Mrs. Bonnie Anderson of Noblesville; and one sister, Mrs. Bea Nichols of Waynetown.
