Covington, Oct 13 - Mrs. Ota I. McCaw, 63, died at 6:30 o'clock Wednesday morning at her home, three miles south of Pine Village, following a stroke of paralysis which she suffered Sunday.  

Mrs. McCaw, daughter of Cary and Cynthia Bailey Cooper, was born at Mellott August 31, 1880. She is survived by her husband, Otto McCaw, farmer, near Pine Village and one daughter, Mrs. Arthur Soey also of Pine Village.

Three brothers and two sisters also survive Charles and James Cooper both of Mellott, Frank Cooper, Greencastle and Mrs. Minnie McAlister and Mrs. Jack Reichard, both of Crawfordsville.

Services in her memory will be held Friday at 2:30 p,.m. in the Newtown Baptist Church with Rev. HH Elmore of Crawfordsville in charge.  Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown.  - kz
