McBRIDE, Orville

Orville McBride, 69, died Tuesday night at Nashville where he had made his home since 1930.  Mr. McBride was a bridge construction foreman and worked on many jobs in this area including construction of Tipton Bridge over White River.  Mr. McBride had not been ill and died suddenly of a heart attack.  Funeral rites will be at 7:30 o’clock tonight at the Bond Funeral Home in Nashville, conducted by the Rev. Leslie McKnow and there will be a Masonic service. Cremation will be at Washington Park Crematory in Indianapolis Thursday morning. Born in Attica Feb 15, 1891, he was the son of John O. and Mary Alice Brown McBride. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Nashville.  Survivors are two brothers, Freeman McBride of Wingate and Solon McBride of Lafayette; and a sister, Mrs. Frank Weigle of Attica. – kbz
