We’ll not forget you mother dear, Our hearts are sad with grief, Our time will come to meet you This parting is but brief. So rest sweet mother sweetly rest, In your new joy’s above, We’ll miss you here among us, And we’ll miss your mother love. But there’ll be a sweet forever Where parting shall not be, And some day we’ll come and greet you And our loved one’s we shall see!
