Funeral services for Fred Lucas, age 74, of Danville, Ill., step-father of Mrs. Floreine Cunningham of Covington, who died Friday morning, April 29 at Lake View Hospital in Danville, Ill., were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Jones-Sullivan Funeral Home there. The Rev. Charles Kraft officiated and burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery, Danville.

He had been employed at the Interstate Printing Co. and the Illinois Printing Co. in Danville until retiring Dec. 29, 1965. He had been a bookbinder for 60 years. He was married twice, first in 1910 to Ethel Mae Brant, who preceded him in death in 1958, and then he was married Oct. 18, 1959 to Ruth Alderson, who survives.

Also surviving are: three sons; one daughter; one stepdaughter; and 12 grandchildren.
