LOVE, Martha Dyer - L-Obituaries

Mrs. Martha Dyer Love, mother of Hope Love, living one-half mile north of Wanatah, died Friday morning at the age of 89 years. She was born Jan. 12, 1842, at Attica, Ind. She was married to David Love in Kankakee in 1856(or 8). Eight children were born to this union. Four children and the husband preceded her in death. Surviving are Hope Love, Wanatah, E. O. Love, New York, Mrs. Laura Belmer, Los Angeles, Mrs. Grace Campbell, Spokane, 22 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. The funeral was held at Sherburnville, Ill., Sunday.
