Hillsboro, Ind. (CNS) — Funeral services were held yesterday in Phoenix, Ariz., for Arnett Lough, a former resident. He died there Feb. 16, 1967. Mr. Lough was a brother of Mrs. Vona Hendrickson of Hillsboro and Mrs. Hazel Myers also is a relative. Mr. Lough was a former resident of both Hillsboro and Veedersburg. He worked in the Furr Barber Shop in Veedersburg during the early 1900's. Mr. Lough passed away in Phoenix, Arizona, February 16, in Doctors Hospital. He was born in Hillsboro, Indiana, to Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Lough. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Oveta Williams of Indianapolis, a son Marvin of Hillsboro, a sister, Mrs. Vona Hendrickson of Hillsboro, and six grandchildren. The services were conducted by Rev. Clifford Peterson. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery in Phoenix. -- typed by Walt W

MELLOTT—Funeral services for Arnett Lough, former Mellott businessman, were held at the Moore Funeral Home at Phoenix, Ariz. Mr. Lough had been a barber in Mellott, Hillsboro and finally Phoenix. He left this area over 40 years ago. He was born on April 28, 1881, near Hillsboro, the son of Nelson and Viola Lough. Mr. Lough was first married to Lora Ellis of Hillsboro. He later married Edna Vandyne of Danville, Ill. He is survived by a son, Marvin, of near Mellott; a daughter, Ovita Williams of Indianapolis; a sister, Vona Hendrickson of Hillsboro; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
