LITTLE, Ernestine Young - L-Obituaries

COVINGTON, Ind. (CNS) - Mrs. Ernestine Anna Little, 69, a resident of the Covington community for the past 34 years, a former resident of, Petersburg, Ind., died at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 5, 1970) at her home on Covington Route 3. She had been ill several years. Born March 2, 1901, at Petersburg, Ind., she was the daughter of Milton and Jessie Hoover Young. She was married July 20, 1926, to Ralph Little, who survives. She had been a housewife and was a member of the Covington United Methodist Church and Troy Chapter Order of Eastern Star. Other survivors include two sons, Kenneth of Danville and Daryl of Arlington, Va.; three sisters, Mrs. Mima Booker of Michigan City, Ind., Mrs. Lillian Ary of Petersburg, Ill., and Miss Nona Young of Danville; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Sunday at the Hegg Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. - jlr
