LITSEY, Luther - L-Obituaries

Rockville - Luther A. Litsey, 83, died Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at his home in Rockville. Born Feb 6, 1871 he was the son of Henry and Carolyn Day Litsey. Survivors include the widow, Joella; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Smith, of Freeport, Ill; two sons, Harold of Portland, Oregon and Orville of Oklahoma City, Okla; a brother, ELmer of Marshall and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wed at 2 p.m. at the Branson Funeral Home in Rockville. Burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery, Marshall.

Funeral services for Luther A. Litsey, 83 years old, who died at his residence at 2:30 o’clock Sunday afternoon, were held at the Branson funeral home at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon. Burial was in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Marshall. The deceased is survived by the widow, Joella; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Smith of Freeport, Ill.; two sons, Harold Portland, Ore., and Orville of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one brother, Elmer of Marshall and six grandchildren.”
