Attica – Charles William Lister ,73, of 206 West New Street a retired carpenter died at 9:50 p.m. Friday in Community Hospital, Williamsport, where he had been a patient a day. He had been ill a year and a half. Born at Stone Bluff, he lived in Attica many years. He was married to Mary Zelma Jenkins in 1908 and was a member of the Fathers Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Surviving with the widow are five sons, Everett of Williamsport, Ernest of Benton Harbor, Mich and Wilbur, Lorrain and Robert, all of Attica; four daughters, Mrs. Anna Butler and Mrs. Ruth Rice, Attica and Mrs. Maxine Knipe and Mrs. Barbara Ingram, Williamsport and a brother, John of Springfield, Ohio.

Lister, Charles W. – Friends may call at the residence 206 W. New Street, Attica after 7 p.m. Saturday. The body will be returned to DeSutter Funeral Home, Attica at noon Monday for services at 2 p.m. Monday, Rev. EV Wamsley, Veedersburg officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery.
