Mrs. Mary Rose Lindley, 90, formerly of 309 Ave. A., died at 10:15 p.m. Sunday (March 24, 1974) at Vermilion Manor, where she had been a patient for six years. She was born Feb. 23, 1884, in Yeddo, Ind., the daughter of Willis S. and Mary Jane Hutts Redenbaugh . She married Thomas Sylvester Lindley Nov. 5, 1899, in Yeddo, and he died Feb. 8, 1950. Survivors include two sons, Jewell D. of Phoenix. Ariz., and Robert L. of Scottsdale, Ariz.; three daughters, Mrs. Ruby Bitner of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Bernice Stine of Danville, and Mrs. Jesse Moore of Crown Point, Ind.; 11 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by a son, a brother and two sisters. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the Fellowship Class of the church. Her hobbies were crocheting and handwork. The Rev. Charles Johnston will officiate, and burial will be in Fraternal Cemetery near Harveysburg, Ind. Other arrangements are incomplete at Pape Memorial Home. - jlr
