Daniel Liggett died at the county farm yesterday at the age of 81 years. He was born in this state, the exact place unknown, and was the son of John Liggett of Ohio. Deceased had never married but had lived at the county farm for several years past. His sister, Jane Liggett, died in March 1916, at the same place. Previous to coming to the poor farm the two had lived for years in a little shack west of Elm Grove. The funeral will be held today at two o’clock p.m. and burial made in the Goodwine Cemetery west of Five Points. -s
