LEWIS, Ramsey Anne - L-Obituaries

Covington—Ramsey Anne Lewis, 7-week-old daughter of J. Bret and Ellen F. Fix Lewis, 409 Crockett St., Covington, died at 9:32 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 1989 at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, where she had been a patient since her birth in Lafayette, March 27, 1989.

  Her father is the principal at Covington Middle school and formerly was assistant principal at Delphi High School. Her mother formerly taught at Delphi Elementary School.

  Surviving besides her parents are paternal grandparents, David and Cora Nell Lewis, Terre Haute; paternal great grandmother, Hazel Lewis, Terre Haute; maternal grandparents, Ray and Anita Fix, Attica; maternal great grandfather, Russell Cox, Attica; several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by an infant brother.

     Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Thursday, at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington, with Robert Hentrich officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery. – thanks to S
