COVINGTON, Ind.—Mrs. Nellie Pearl Levi, 75, a resident of Covington most of her life, died at 5 p.m. yesterday (Sept. 20, 1968) at a hospital in Logansport where she had been a patient one year. Born Aug. 19, 1893 at Ogden, she was the daughter of Daniel and Flora McKinney Hodge. She was married to James Frederick Levi who preceded her in death in 1956. She also was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers. Mrs. Levi was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Bertha Cruea, Covington; two brothers, Jesse Hodge, Oakland, Calif., and Frank Hodge, Hayworth, Calif. Services will be at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in Covington, with the Rev. Harold Fogle officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
