Funeral services for Stanley Jack LeRoy, 5 months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack LeRoy of 403 E. Pike St., Attica, who was fatally injured in a two-car accident Saturday night, Oct. 12, were held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the DeSutter Funeral Home in Attica.
The child died instantly of a crushed skull when his father's car struck the rear of one driven by Linda Hunt, age 23, of Lafayette.  The fatal accident occurred at 7:20 p.m., about four miles west of Lafayette on Indiana - 25, between the Wea Bridge and the Monon overpass.
The Hunt automobile had slowed dawn to make a left tum onto a county road when it was struck in the rear by the LeRoy car, according to State Police, who investigated.  Dr. William Sholty, Tippecanoe County Coroner, and State Troopers Robert Anderson, Dale Rabanus and George Ross, were called to the scene.
Mr. and Mrs. LeRoyy were taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette with injuries.  The driver of the other car involved was uninjured.  Mrs. LeRoy suffered head injuries and a lacerated left knee.  Her husband sustained a crushed
chest and injured hand and his condition is reported to be satisfactory.
The tiny accident' victim was born April 20, 1963 at the Community Hospital in Williamsport.  Surviving, in addition to the parents, are three brothers, David Fitchett, Steven Bressen and Richard Bressen, all at home.
