LEIGHTY, Almeda - L-Obituaries

Mellott - Mrs. Almeda Leighty, Indianapolis and former Mellott resident died Sunday at Sunnyside sanitarium, Indianapolis where she had been a patient for a year. Most of her early life was spent in the Mellott vicinity. Charles Slusser formerly of Veedersburg and now superintendent of Turkey Run State Park was a brother. The funeral will be held at Union Chapel, north of Veedersburg Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with interment in the Old Baptist cemetery west of Newtown - kbz
