LEATH, Enoch P.

Services for Enoch P. Leath, 84, a retired farmer who died Friday in the Allen Nursing Home were at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the DeSutter Funeral Home in Attica.
The Rev., Everett White officiated with burial in the Bethel Cemetery.
Born in Logan Township May 12, 1877, he was the son of Azariah and Amelia Pearson Leath.
He attended business college in Indianapolis, and later spent 10 years in Wingate as a bank employee and a drug store owner.  He was married to Celestia McCauley at Wingate on June 25, 1901.  She died Dec. 19, 1949.
Mr. Leath taught a Sunday School class at Bethel Church for many years, was a 35-year member of the Farm Bureau and a member of Wabash Lodge 708 F&AM at Attica for 56 years.
One son, Wilbur P. Leath, survives.
