Mrs. Jane Layman,  62, wife of Charles Layman died at her home in Veedersburg Tuesday morning at 1 o’clock from a complication of diseases which resulted from a severe attack of the influenza which she suffered about ___. She resided ____ and is survived by the husband and one daughter, Mrs. EM McKinzie of Veedersburg. A brother, Nathan Coberly, lives in southern Illinois.  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 3 o’clock at Sterling Christian Church and burial was made in Rockfield cemetery. – kbz – sorry large black smudges on paper.
