LARSON, John L. - L-Obituaries

John Lenard Larson of RR 2, Attica, age 76, died Tuesday evening, February 23, in Home Hospital at Lafayette. He was born at Brookston, December 18, 1905, the son of John and Amanda J. Swanson Larson. February 28, 1936, he married Grace Peevler, who survives. Larson was a member of the Attica First Lutheran Church and was a retired farmer.

  Also surviving are a daughter, Velma Shamp of RR 2, Attica; three sons, Robert, Gale and James, all of RR 2, Attica; two sisters, Ellen Swanson and Marie Hogstrum, both of Attica; a brother, Louis of Attica; and nine grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at Maus Chapel in Attica with Rev. Karl Korbel and Rev. John Thompson officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery at Attica. – thanks to S
