Mrs. Ollie Eathel Lanter, 85, of Catlin, died at 5:30 p.m. yesterday (June 2, 1967) at the Vermilion County Nursing Home where she had been a patient for two months. Born Sept. 24, 1881 at Hillsboro, Ind., she was the daughter of Adam and Emma Hobson Donaldson. She was married in 1900 to Carlos Lanter, who preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by a son, Elza. Surviving is a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Grace Lanter of Hillsdale, Ind. Mrs. Lanter was a member of the Catlin Church of Christ. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Carrington Funeral Home, with Dennis Fulton, minister of the Catlin Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery west of Catlin. Friends will be received at the funeral home this afternoon and evening. --Typed by Debby Masterson.
