ATTICA, Ind. - Francis La Baw, 69, formerly of Covington Route 3, died in a Fort Wayne hospital at 1 p.m. Thursday (March 5, 1970). Born on Jan. 29, 1901, he was the son of Emery and Ophelia Coffing La Baw. There are no immediate survivors. An aunt, Mrs. Lillian Clark, resides in Attica. Private graveside services will be Saturday morning at Brown's Chapel Cemetery at Portland Arch. DeSutter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. -- jlr

Francis LaBaw, formerly of Rt. 3, Covington, died 2 p.m. March 5 in a Ft. Wayne hospital where he had been a patient for some time.
He was born Jan. 29, 1901, at Portland Arch, the son of Emory J. and Ophelia Coffing LaBaw.
He is survived by an Aunt, Mrs. Lillian Clark, Attica.
Private graveside rites will be held in the Browns Chapel Cemetery in Portland Arch with DeSutter Funeral Home in charge.
