KISER, Stella Moody - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Stella Jane Kiser, 76, of West Lebanon Route 1, a resident of Warren County most of her life, died at 2:10 a.m. today (March 20, 1975) at the Covington Manor Nursing Home. She had been a patient there since Monday and had been ill two years. Born in Indiana, she was the daughter of Alexander and Mary A. Robertson Moody. Mrs. Kiser was a house mother at the Children's Home of Vermilion County in Danville for 13 years and attended the Assembly of God Church in Danville. Survivors include a son, Paul of Danville; two daughters, Mrs. Porter (Mary) Jordan of West Lebanon Rt 1 and Mrs. Maxine Harper of Attica; two sisters, Mrs. Leota Robertson of Peoria and Mrs. Hulda Roderick of Danville; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Fisher Funeral Home in West Lebanon. The Rev. Marvin Hancock will officiate. Burial will be in West Lebanon Cemetery. Friends will be received from 4-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
