KINNEER, Vera Allen - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Vera Marie Kinneer of RR 3, Kingman, age 78, died Sunday morning, March 1, in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born at Cates, November 30, 1902, the daughter of Samuel R. and Estella Suttles Allen. June 10, 1922, she married Carl Kinneer, who died November 25, 1950. Mrs. Kinneer was a member of the Cates Community Church and had been employed at Radio Materials Corporation in Attica, the Highland Court Restaurant near Veedersburg and as a cook at Cates School.  Survivors include a son, Bill G. of RR 3, Kingman; and five grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Dennis Keefer officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery at Covington. – thanks to S
