Dr. Kennedy, who practices medicine with her husband at Camden,
Ind spent last night at the Community House, Dr. Kennedy had been in
Indianapolis since Tuesday where she was caught while enroute to her mother’s
to her mother’s home in Covington. When she learned yesterday morning that the
Big Four had afforded an opportunity to escape from Indianapolis she
immediately got a permit to walk the bridge, the ties of which were covered
with ice. Dr. Kennedy was one of the few women who had the courage to attempt

Delphi, Ind – Dr. Eva Nebeker Kennedy, 82, who had practiced
medicine in Camden more than 30 years, died Thursday en route to attend a
patient. Coroner DK Winter ruled Dr. Kennedy died of natural causes. Her car
went out of control a mile northeast of Camden and struck a culvert. She was
the widow of physician, Dr. Charles Kennedy. - kbz

Delphi, Ind – Dr. Eva Nebeker Kennedy, 82 years old, a Camden
physician died yesterday after being injured in an auto accident while she was
en route to attend a patient. Police said she lost control of her car and it
struck a culvert a miles northeast of Camden at 10:30 a.m. She died in the
afternoon at Memorial hospital at Logansport. Dr. Kennedy had practice in the
Camden are more than 50 years. She was the widow of a physician, Dr. Charles
Kennedy. She had attended Purdue University and was graduated from the Indiana
University School of Medicine. Survivors include a foster daughter, Mrs. Walter
Rupley of Lafayette. Funeral services are pending at the Jackson Funeral Home
