KELSO, C.C. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Montezuma - Feb 6 -- C.C. Kelso, for four years superintendent of the Reserve Township HS of Montezuma, died at his home here at 6:30 o'clock this morning after a brief illness with a complication of diseases. Funeral services will be held in the auditorium of the HS at 7:30 o'clock Tuesday morning after which the body will be taken to Rhineland, Ind, his old home for burial. The deceased is survived by his widow, who is domestic science and mustic teacher in the local high school and a son, eight years old. The death of Prof. Kelso was a great shock to his many friends in this vicinity. The Reserve Township school, under his leadership has made great progress and he was held in high regard by both the pupils and patrons of the school. - typed by kbz
