KELLUM, Herbert C. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Herbert C. Kellum of RR 1, Covington, age 50, died Wednesday morning, June 15, in the emergency room at St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Illinois. He was born at Center Point, September 27, 1932, the son of George W. and Frances L. Sanders Kellum. October 29, 1981, he married Sandra Griffin, who survives. A veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of the Lebanon Eagles Lodge and was employed as a truck driver for Larcker and Sons Paper Company of Chicago.

  Also surviving are a daughter, Diana of Lafayette; two sisters, Shirley Deakins of Brazil and Marie Funkhouser of Clay City; and a brother, Joe of Bowling Green.

  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Russell and Hitch Funeral Home in Lebanon with burial in the Dover Cemetery. – thanks to S
