BLOOMINGDALE — Thomas Wayne Keller, 85 of Bloomingdale died in the morning on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at the Veterans Administration Health Center in Danville, Ill. Born on September 20, 1922 in Montgomery County, he was the son of George Roscoe and Myrtle Fay (Hallett) Keller. Mr. Keller attended school in Wallace and then graduated from Waveland High School. He was a Sergeant in the Army during WW II. He worked as a union carpenter. Mr. Keller was a charter member of the Parke County Coon Hunters Association, VFW and Carpenters Local Union in Crawfordsville. He is survived by a brother, Mike Keller of Wallace, a sister Miled Ruth Carpenter of Bloomingdale, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many cousins. He was proceeded in death by three brothers, Bud, Denzil and Bill Keller. Funeral services were held on Monday, Aug. 4 at Shoemaker Funeral Home in Waynetown. Burial followed in Wallace Lutheran Cemetery. – jlr
