Covington - Paul R. KELLER, 77, former resident of Williamport, Kingman and Cates died at 8 a.m. Thursday in Turtle Creek Nursing Home, Indianapolis. He had been in ill health since 1960 and seriouly ill the past month. Mr. Keller was a farmer before becoming a fireman for the Cloverlead RR. He was later employed as a lineman by the Darlington & Williamsport Telephone companies and also worked for In Bell Telephone. He was a member of K of P Lodge. Born Dec 9, 1895, near Yeddo, he was a son of Erasmus M. and Amy Pithoud Keller. He was married to Faye Proctor DeZarn on May 28, 1946. Surviving are his wife of Indianpolis; a son, Darroll of Cayuga; 3 daughters, Mrs. Russell (Jane) Cadman of Danville, Ill; Mrs. Glenn (Cellestine) Smith of Perrysville and Mrs. Ernest (Twyliah) Roper of Belleveille, Ill; 15 grandchildren; 13 greast grandchildren ; a stepson, Donald DeZahn of Valleyjo, Calif; and a stepgrandson. He was preceded in death by two sons, 3 brothers and a granddaughter. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home here with Rev. Alfred Dobbs & Rev. Vernon W. Seaton officliating; burial in Coopers Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday.
